The Glock-18 (AKA. G18) is a starting secondary weapon (or it can be bought for $200 if you have another secondary) used by the Terrorists. In game, it is a 3 shots to the heads or 5-6 shots to the body. Despite the very low damage, it has the tightest spread in the game beside Five-Seven and it's also light-weighted. It has 20 rounds instead of 18 rounds in the real game. It uses 9x19mm bullets which doesn't make any sense that a P250 is 2 shots on head.
History[]
The company's founder, head engineer Gaston Glock, had no experience with firearms design or manufacture at the time their first pistol, the Glock 17, was being prototyped. Glock had extensive experience in advanced synthetic polymers, which was instrumental in the company's design of the first commercially successful line of pistols with a polymer frame. Glock introduced ferritic nitrocarburizing into the firearms industry as an anticorrosion surface treatment for metal gun parts.
Tactics[]
- Since the spread and recoil is good, just run 'n gun like the Five-Seven or Tec-9.
- Most times, you want to use "Automatic" mode because it is more controllable than Burst Mode.
- If you want to use burst mode, make sure to crouch and aim a little bit below the head so all the shots are headshots.
- Very good for saving-your-life pistol if the AK-47 is out.
- Use it on Early-Eco.
